These Terms of Service set out the rules for using our website and buying products from SandMart Supply Co. By placing an order or accessing our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always appear on this page. 1. Who we are and how to contact us

SandMart Supply Co. is a UK-based supplier of construction sand and related services. Our registered business address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at +44 20 3885 2194 or [email protected]. These terms govern all sales and website use. We operate under UK law and supply products for professional and consumer use within our delivery area.

2. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices shown include or exclude VAT as stated at checkout. We aim for accurate pricing but may correct clear errors before acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm in writing or start preparing your delivery. We may decline an order for reasons such as stock, access limitations, safety, or credit checks. Payment terms are displayed at checkout; trade accounts follow agreed credit terms. You agree to provide accurate delivery details, access notes, and contact information so we can complete the service safely and on time.

3. Delivery, risk, and title

We schedule delivery windows in good faith and will keep you informed of any changes. You must ensure safe access for the vehicle type we confirm, including width, ground conditions, and unloading space. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the agreed location. Title passes when we receive full payment. For loose tip, you are responsible for safe spreading and segregation of materials. We may charge reasonable fees for wasted journeys caused by inaccurate access information or inability to accept the delivery within the agreed window.

4. Cancellations, returns, and consumer rights

You may cancel before dispatch or loading. Once a vehicle is en route, charges may apply to cover haulage and handling. Due to the nature of aggregates, returns are only accepted where legally required or where products are bagged, unopened, and in resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. If materials are incorrect or defective, contact us promptly with photos and order details so we can investigate and provide a remedy such as replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Warranties and liability

We supply products that meet the stated specification at the time of delivery. Except as required by law, we do not provide additional warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or delays caused by events beyond our control. Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for the products in question, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must use our website lawfully and not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt services. All content on this site, including text, design, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to SandMart and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission, except as necessary to place orders or reference specifications for legitimate business purposes.

7. Privacy and cookies

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains the data we collect, our legal bases, and your rights under UK GDPR. Optional cookies are used only with your consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Force majeure and changes to these terms

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, accidents, road closures, industrial action, or supplier issues. We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or our services. When we make significant changes, we will update the date below and publish the new version on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
